Kentucky Center for Economic Policy — The Kentucky Center for Economic Policy (KCEP) conducts research and provides public education on important fiscal and economic policy issues facing the Commonwealth. KCEP seeks to improve public decision making in Kentucky through solid information, analysis and perspective, and contribute to new economic opportunities and an improved quality of life for all Kentuckians. KCEP is a project of MACED launched in 2011.
