• Formulate an internal planning process to establish interim goals and strategies

• Identify resources to assist you in reaching business goals

• Examine and respond to challenges and transitions

• Develop an appropriate action plan to grow your business

• Discover the operational systems needed to support your growing business

In Listening to Your Business you learn by doing. Workshop facilitators guide you through a process of reflection, vision and planning, leveraging their own entrepreneurial experiences. You'll leave the course motivated and confident about the future of your business. Once your three-year vision is documented, consider enrolling in FastTrac GrowthVenture to engage in step-by-step implementation with experienced leaders and a global network of peers.

Listening to Your Business is presented through a collaboration between Mountain Association for Community Economic Development, Kentucky Highlands Investment Corporation, Southeast Kentucky Economic Development and Morehead State University Center for Regional Engagement, and is sponsored by BB&T. We've partnered together to offer training to support our existing portfolios of small business clients to help them grow and reach their full potential.
